Peter White is a smooth/fusion jazz guitarist from Luton, England who is perhaps best known as the accompanist for famed singer/songwriter Al Stewart. Following his highly successful two decade career with Stewart, White branched out on his own as a solo artist in 1990, although his career wouldn't reach its commercial peak until the 2000s. Celebrated as one of the most well-respected smooth jazz musicians working on the scene today, Peter White has released several #1 hits on the Billboard Jazz charts over the course of his illustrious career and his success is showing no signs of slowing down.
