Not in the Face is a rock and roll duo from Austin, Texas that was formed by one of the city's most celebrated live solo musicians Jonathan Terrell. Joined by renowned Austin drummer Wes Cargal, Not in the Face aims to combine the two musician's eclectic styles and talents to create a unique brand of music they like to call "punk-rock-blues-a-billy." Although such genre amalgamations attempted by lesser bands come out sounding either muddled or at worst, nothing like the style of music they're aiming for, Not in the Face not only has the technique necessary to hit all the right buttons with their music, but does so in a way that has live music loving locals raving.
