Nouvelle Cuisine is an indie pop band from A Coruña, Spain that has been consistently working at recording and performing its work since 2001. However, in 2010, after nine years of preparation and testing their popular appeal on Spain's ultra-competitive indie pop scene, the five guys in Nouvelle Cuisine feel ready and poised to take their career as a bona-fide indie pop band to the next level. Since then, Nouvelle Cuisine has performed at several festivals and competitions, in addition to releasing a critically acclaimed EP, La Guerra del Volumen ("The Loudness War"), which has paved the way for the band's success, and hopefully, the release of the band's debut full-length album.
