Madison, Wisconsin five-piece Steez is a funk-heavy jam band that formed in 2005. The band calls its music "creepfunk," believing it to be a danceable style of jam band grooves that the band members weave a sense of humor into during their free-form live shows. Steez' performances are generally a mix of original material and an array of covers - anything from Madonna to more obscure foreign bands - and have won over audiences throughout the Midwest.
