The Oklahoma Kid is a Metal band from the city of Rostock, Germany. Fronted by Tomm Brümmer, whose powerful and piercing voice manages to captivate its listener while the skilled band members ensure the eventual headbanging. It debuted with Fortuneteller, an album where the band experiments by bringing together multiple genres of metal music. The band received praises for its efforts, but it was its next piece of work which made the band truly popular. In 2015, it released the EP Doppelganger, featuring songs which were refined and closer to what can be called as the band’s true sound. The Oklahoma Kid has performed all across the country at concerts and music festivals and is often accompanied by other equally talented artists.
