Child Bite is an art rock/post-punk band based in Ferndale, Michigan that is perhaps best known for its members' healthy experimentation with instruments, from traditional guitars and percussion to less conventional instruments such as joysticks and theremins. Despite being an experimental band at heart, Child Bite infuses enough catchy melodies and rhythms into its music to keep most listeners on their toes. Since forming in late 2005, Child Bite has managed to edge closer out of obscurity with the release of several records on top of its live performances in and around the band's home city.
