American comedian and writer Emily Heller has charmed audiences across North America with her conversational and self-effacing comedy, and astute observational skill. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz, she stepped into the world of comedy in the late 2000s while still in San Francisco. Eleven years later, she was named among the "7 Funniest People in Town" by the 7x7 Magazine. Over the years, she has performed at big-name festivals like the Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland, Just for Laughs, Montreal and the San Francisco Sketchfest, just to name a few. After shifting base to Los Angeles, she got the opportunity to write for shows like Fox's Surviving Jack and the Emmy-nominated HBO show Barry, and appear on Conan, Late Late Shoe with James Corden and Late Night with Seth Meyers. In 2015, she released her debut comedy album Good for Her, which was followed by Pasta in 2018.
