Noel debuted with the single "Silent Morning" in 1987 and has been a hitmaker ever since then. By the time he released his debut album in 1988, he had already made it to the Billboard Hot 100 twice. The self-titled debut album was no exception either. It reached as high as 126 on release. He released another top-charting single titled "Out of Time" that very year. Noel has released several singles ever since then.
