This or the Apocalypse

This or the Apocalypse is a post-hardcore band from Lancaster, Pennsylvania that was founded in 2005. Having built a unique sonic aesthetic for itself during its formative years, when it played nearly nothing by dive bars and slipshod venues, by the time This or the Apocalypse entered the studio to record its debut album, the group was a polished act that was able to lay down its technically adept songs with ease. Though the band has grown into a somewhat recoginasable figure of its genre-specific scene, the band has never forgot its roots of rural Pennsylvania and consistantly manages to play shows in the area to its loyal fan base there.
