The head of Germany's brass polka band Die Egerländer Musikanten, Ernst Hutter is a musician, composer and arranger. After the death of the band's founder, Ernst Mosch, Hutter co-directed the band with Toni Scholl from 1999 to 2003. After that time, Hutter served as Mosch's sole successor to the lively brass outfit in which Hutter himself plays the tenor horn.
