Jayme Stone

Jayme Stone is a Canadian banjoist whose distinctive style of playing incorporates elements from diverse world regions. After releasing his debut album, The Utmost, in 2007, Stone traveled to Mali to learn about the banjo's African roots. Soon after Stone would release the critically lauded album, Africa to Appalachia, in 2008.
