Kinderjazz is an Australian big band for children. Founded by Christobel and David Llewellyn, it aims to educate children about the various instruments used in jazz music. Its music doesn't fit into one single sub-genre of jazz but is a combination of styles such as swing, bebop, blues, boogie and funk. The band released its first album, an eponymous record, in 1997. It has since released numerous other albums including Swing Right Through This Town, Gazooba, Teddy Bear's Picnic and Tu-Baba-Luma.
