As Tall as Lions

As Tall as Lions is an alternative rock band from Long Island, New York that makes a style of music that's akin to the emo genre--minus the whiny vocals and overuse of power chords. The group is comprised of friends that have known each other since high school and has been making music since 2002. Though the band has never really achieved widespread popularity or lasting commercial success, it is nevertheless considered by some to be one of the more overlooked bands to emerge from the 2000s alternative rock scene.
