Jucifer is a sludge metal duo from Athens, Georgia that's comprised of Gazelle Amber Valentine and Edgar Livengood. Founded in 1993, the group played shows around the South during its formative years, honing its sound and refining its songwriting approach, before releasing its debut album, Calling All Cars on the Vegas Strip, in 1998.
