Midnight Masses

Initially formed as a side project for multi-instrumentalist Jason Reece, of...and You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead, Midnight Masses developed a good deal of hype quickly with its track "Preacher's Son." With its haunting lyrics and eerie reverb layered over psychedelic-inspired guitars, the band's dark pop-rock was deemed both catchy and interesting. Though the group took a short hiatus after its initial success and reformed its line-up without Reece, Midnight Masses still harbors a devoted fan base and will likely continue to win back its hype the more shows it plays.
