Rebecca Loebe is an indie folk singer/songwriter from Virginia who released her debut album while attending Berklee College of Music in 2004. The recording process for the album, Hey It's a Lonely World, inspired Loebe to tour full-time as a musician. Life on the road forced her to live out of her car but eventually brought her to Atlanta where she recorded her second record, an EP titled The Brooklyn Series, in 2007. Her smokey vocal style and newly seasoned performing chops carried Loebe into the final round of the 2011 season of The Voice, a television talent show that introduced her to an international audience starting with her acclaimed version of Nirvana's rock anthem "Come as You Are." She released her third studio album Circus Heart, in 2012.
