Danish DJs Den Sorte Skole - translated to The Black School - gained a reputation DJing the Copenhagen club scene due to its live performances involving six turntables, three mixers and no laptops. Melding genres, the DJ group expertly mixes hard-hitting beats over Neil Young tracks, Turkish pop and sound blips from Tim Burton films. The group released its first album in 2006 to wide European acclaim.
