Supreme Cuts is a Chicago-based production duo that owns a sonic aesthetic it describes as future R&B. With a bass-heavy fusion of ambient and downtempo electronic sound, the group released its debut EP Trouble, in 2011, followed quickly by its first full-length effort, 2012's Whispers in the Dark.
