Formed by twins Tyson and Eli Carter in Wimberly, Texas, the band was dubbed Texas Renegade at a party it played, due to the riotous energy it put forth. While none of the band members played their instruments until much later in life, they are known as a band that genuinely enjoys playing music and simply has fun on stage. Bringing to venues soulful country rock and its tour dog Camp, which band members claim has gained more fame than they have, Texas Renegade is slowly but surely spreading its name throughout the South.
