Brock Van Wey is an American electronic musician who performs and releases music under the moniker bvdub. After launching his career in 2007 as a dub techno producer, with time Van Wey eventually evolved into an electronic ambient musician. His songs are filled with concise symphonic orchestrations as well as more rhythmically driven pieces that owe a debt of gratitude to Van Wey's early interest in hyperactive techno beats. Maintaining a fairly prolific recording schedule, Van Wey is nearly always creating or releasing something. In 2007 alone, he released seven albums.
