Formed in 1987 in Japan, Contagious Orgasm is the solo project of Hiroshi Hashimoto, owner of the SSSM noise record label. One of the first Japanese musicians to heavily experiment with the ambient, progressive noise genre, Hashimoto is also highly procreative, releasing an album almost every year since his project's conception and continuously pushes the envelope of his genre of choice.
