By the time Boston-based singer/songwriter Gabe Goodman was 19 years old, he had already released three records. Starting with this 2010 debut Conundrummer, which he released as a junior in high school, Goodman home-recorded and self-produced each of his records and has created a power pop sound best captured on his 2011 album Friendly Fire. Perhaps his most acclaimed effort, the album offers a backdrop of pop melodies behind R&B beats and flowing acoustic guitar.
