Philip Best, who performs and releases music under the moniker Consumer Electronics, is a UK-based avant-garde composer and multi-instrumentalist. Though Best would launch his musical career with the noise rock act Whitehouse, he would eventually strike out on his own and release his debut album, Horn of the Goat, in 1995.
