Curtis Alan Jones is a house singer and electronic music producer who operates under various pseudonyms including Geo Vogt, Green Velvet and his primary DJ name, Cajmere. He first captured his cut-and-paste, early house production style as Cajmere on the 1991 EP, Underground Goodies, which he released on his recently founded imprint, Cajual. While his more notable alter egos like Green Velvet have also earned vast attention in the realm of electronic dance music, Jones continues to operate most frequently as Cajmere, releasing albums such as 2013's Too Underground For the Main Stage and making appearances at festivals such as 2014's Coachella.
