Lazer Sword is a San Francisco-based electronic duo that thrives off incongruity. One of the members is short, the other tall. One of the members is black, the other white. Not that height or race has anything to do with the music the group creates, but the physical appearances seem to speak to the very nature of the duo and the music it creates. By blending hardcore bass music with glitchy and quirky production, Lazer Sword manages to create some extremely innovative music that has the power to make people dance manically or groove incognito, like that dude standing in the corner with sunglasses.
