Peter Heppner is a singer/songwriter from Hamburg who is best-known as the frontman of the electronic pop band Wolfsheim. After the group disbanded in 2004, he went on to collaborate with various artists and finally released his debut solo album, effectively titled Solo, in 2008. Exposing his own dark wave synthpop style for the first time, he earned a fair amount of attention in Germany's electropop scene. He dropped his follow-up sophomore record, My Heart of Stone, in 2012 with Universal Music.
