Andi Toma and Jan Werner were born on the same day, in the same German hospital. This almost astrological connection has deeply rooted the two and helped them with their electronic music project Mouse on Mars. The duo released its first album in 1994 and has slowly been evolving and incorporating various forms of technology to update its sound. Though the group started off as somewhat of a tongue and cheek techno duo, the band has grown into its own over the years and is now more of an experimental ambient group.
