Following a stint with the Brooklyn indie-folk band sTickLipS, and singing backups for Iron & Wine, this Portland singer/songwriter released her debut solo album Fates in 2013. However, it was her 2014 album nūmūn that saw Johanna Warren rise as a folk artist with a distinct style of her own. Johanna's music is deeply enmeshed in her beliefs about spirituality, featuring meaningful lyrics and acoustic guitar sets. She also runs Spirit House Records - a record label for like-minded musicians.
