Dead Girls Academy is a post-hardcore band formed in Los Angeles, CA. Led by former member of Vampires Everywhere!, the band's aesthetics are pretty much similar. However, the punk music combined with heartwarming lyrics helped them gain widespread acclaim among audiences of rock and metal music.
