Vanessa Wagner is a French classical pianist who has studied with European jazz greats Dominique Merlet, Jean-Francois Heisser and Karl Ulrich Schnabel. Earning the Victoire de la Musique (the French equivalent of the Grammy award) for most promising instrumental soloist in 1999, Wagner has since gone on to establish herself as one of the more capable French classical pianists of her generation.
