Forming in Glasgow, Scotland in 2002, Franz Ferdinand has gone on to become one of the few Scottish bands in the annals of pop music to reach such a high peak of international acclaim. Despite such massive success, this indie rock band kept close to its musical convictions, with a glamorous and energetic sound that reached its peak with the group's smash hit album You Can Have it So Much Better, released in 2005.
