Axwell

Axel Hedfors, who goes by the moniker Axwell, is a Swedish record producer, DJ and remix artist. Both as a solo performer and with his group, the Swedish House Mafia, he explores various corners of house music. As a remixer, Axwell has reworked songs by Madonna, Nelly Furtado, Pharrell and Usher, lending the steady pulse, synth lines and deep bass of his own work to the source material. He has also dabbled in dance pop, scoring a hit in 2005 with "Feel the Vibe (Til the Morning Comes)," featuring lead vocals from Tara McDonald.
