Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows

When Craig Owens was fired as lead vocalist from popular post-hardcore band, Chiodos in 2009, he wasted no time getting right back into the ring. His new project, Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows (or simply, DRUGS), formed the following year and immediately drew interest from listeners familiar with Owens' past credentials. DRUGS is similar in spirit to Chiodos in its combination of pummeling metal riffs, punk rock rhythms and melodic emo. Unlike Chiodos, however, Owens focuses more on singing than screaming in this new incarnation, which results in better crafted songs and vocal hooks. DRUGS released its debut album in 2011.
