The Anglo-Swiss power metal band Gloryhammer consists of Christopher Bowes, Paul Templing, James Cartwright, Ben Turk and Thomas Winkler. The band performs in armor and costumes. Gloryhammer released its debut album Tales from the Kingdom of Fife in 2013. Its second album Space 1992: Rise of the Chaos Wizards helped the band enter several charts in multiple countries. The Metal Hammer Awards 2017 nominated the band in the 'Best Up & Coming Band' category. The band embarked on its first North American tour in 2019 in support of its album Legends from Beyond the Galactic Terrorvortex.
