Nedry (inspired by the villainous Dennis Nedry of Michael Crichton's famed novel Jurassic Park) is an indie trip-hop trio from London. The group came about in 2008 as the culmination of a year long internet discussion between the three members on how to most effectively synthesize electronic and analog sound in a live setting. Despite the band's somewhat contrived origins, the music of Nedry has been judged by critics and fans of the band as being an interesting combination of dubstep and trip-hop influences.
