The Trishas

Initially joining together with the intention to play one show, a tribute to songwriter Kevin Welch, the father of front-woman, Savannah Welch, The Trishas performed the intended tribute so well that an album and many more shows followed. Primarily vocalists, the four female band members blend twangy four-part harmonies with Welch's guitar and the occasional backing stringed-instrument. Based out of Austin, Texas, The Trishas has become a favorite at Americana and folk festivals since its formation in 2009.
