Dead to Me

Dead to Me is a four-piece punk band based out of San Francisco. Signed to famous punk label Fat Wreck Chords, the group creates a pop punk and skate punk hybrid that has become the label's signature. Distorted guitars bang out three chord progressions as the rhythm section plays along at consistently rapid tempos. Lead singer Jack Dalrymple keeps things somewhat poppy, however, with a strong melodic sensibility and a tendency to write hope-inducing songs about overcoming drug addiction and other life struggles he's encountered. Dead to Me released its debut album, Cuban Ballerina, in 2006 and has developed a strong following of adolescent punk fans who can't get enough of the Fat Wreck Chords sound.
