Hamburg-based band The Rattles is a rock and roll outfit that weaves elements of psychedelia into its music. Formed in the 1960s, the band cultivated the ease of the initial classic rock movement and released its first album, Twist im Star-Club, in 1963. Despite dropping nearly an album a year for a full decade, the band didn't see its first and only international hit with its 1970s recording of the song "The Witch." The subsequent LP, also called The Witch, reach audiences throughout Europe and the US. With a decades-long career and a massive catalog of records including 2007's Say Yeah!, the band continues to tour around the world.
