Birthday parties at Ellms Family Farm are a blast and easy to book! HOW TO RESERVE - You can select the day and time slot you are interested in (Feel free to email ashley@ellmsfarms.com if the slot you want is booked for another possible option). Once you enter in your contact information and pay the deposit to reserve your party space, you will receive an email from us with more information to help you prepare for your party.WHAT IS INCLUDED - For $349, a covered space for 2.5 hours, the birthday child and up to two parents, 10 children with 10 adults, and all of the activities on the farm with the exception of the few activities we charge separately for (Apple Cannon, Gem Mining, The Pumpkin Express, and Paintball). Additional children are $15.75 each and additional adults are $7.00 each.WHAT TO BRING - We suggest going simple! Rectangular plastic tablecloths if you want, very minimal decorations, and candles/lighter for a cake or a donut tower.FOOD - You are able to bring any food or drink onto the farm to be consumed in your reserved party area. Alcohol is not permitted. A dozen donuts can be added for $8.99 a dozen.WHAT IF IT RAINS - If it is a light enough rain that we feel it is safe to remain open, we will resume as normal with birthday parties. If the rain becomes too much and we have to close the farm, we will make every effort we can to reschedule with you. If we are unable to, you will get your $50 deposit back.WHEN TO PAY - A $50 deposit is due to reserve a party area. We tally your guests as they arrive so you only pay for who showed up that day. We collect the remaining amount at the conclusion of your party.
