Alton Brown is a celebrity chef, author and television personality who is widely-known as the creator and host of the Food Network's Good Eats. With an unrivaled enthusiasm for the science of cooking, he offers an earnest approach to food preparation that makes the art of cooking accessible to all types of audiences. While operating Good Eats between 1998 and 2012, he also became the host and expert commentator of Iron Chef America, as well a the spin off, The Next Iron Chef. As a mainstay on the Food Network, and consequently in kitchens across the world, Brown launched his own touring show, Alton Brown Live: The Edible Inevitable Tour, in 2013, bringing his experimental and multi-media approach to cooking to live audiences across the US for the first time.
