The English rock band Bad Company has had quite a history and experienced a good deal of rock 'n' roll success. The group formed in 1973 and was comprised of Paul "The Voice" Rodgers, Simon Kirke, Boz Burell and Mick Ralphs. Thr band has seen quite a transformation from its inception, during the golden age of classic rock. Since its formation, Bad Company has witnessed the turnover of every original member--currently, no member who helped start the band performs with it. Though it has experienced a lot of transformations, the band continues to carry its mantra of "live for the music."
