The Basque Country is the only region authorised to produce Idiazabal Cheese (The Spanish parmesano). The breed is known as Oveja Latxa. The cheese farm has a small shop in case you want to take some cheese home. We only work with small groups to keep it personal and flexible. *Please be aware that in the cheese tour we could be mixed with other people to a maximum of 12 people per experience
