inspiraHike is a one-of-a-kind mindful experience that takes participants on an outdoor sunset hike. Through the use of wireless headphones, we have perfectly choreographed music and guided inspiration to match the mood and pace of the journey. It is a completely live event hosted by a hike leader and usually features 5-20 participants.
