He is best known for working on ITV'sThis Morning, where he has been a Chef since 2006. Vickery earned his first Michelin star at The Castle Hotel in Taunton Somerset and retained it for four consecutive years from 1994 to 1997. Vickery has written twelve books. The first, "Just Food", was published by Headline in 1999. He appeared in BBC'sReady Steady Cookover 200 times between 1996 and 2010 until the show's retirement, often being nicknamed "Phil Victory" due to his high win record in the series.About Graham FoxChef Fox trained in Michelin properties specializing in classic French and traditional English culinary techniques. His career has included winning Young Chef of the Year, working as Executive Chef for the prestigious Relais and Chateaux Fearrington House and Private Chef for Lord Bamford of JCB fame.Since 2010 Graham and his wife Phoebe have owned and operated Sutor Creek restaurant in Cromarty, located in the northeast of Scotland.
