Stam1na is a Finnish metal band that was formed in Lemi in 1996. Stam1na, which is not a typical Finnish hard rock band, incorporating a more progressive sound, released it's debut album, Stam1na, in the year 2005. For the first album the band switched to Finnish after making a bunch of demos in English.
