Robin Ince is a British comedian, writer and actor. A cerebral and analytic thinker, Ince is a devout atheist and often directs some of his material on rants against organized religion, the denial of evolution and the like. His bits are clearly meant to attempt to inform and entertain simultaneously, making him a somewhat polarizing figure to audiences who don't agree with his thinking. Amongst the British stand-up and acting community, however, Ince is a well-respected comedian and thinker who has won over and collaborated with the likes of Ricky Gervais and Josie Long. In addition to his screen work, he also can often be heard on a number of podcasts and on BBC Radio 4.
