Start your experience with a tour of our farm to see what grows beyond the Wild Atlantic west coast of Connemara, next to the sea. Learn to prepare an appetizer which showcases her signature seaweed seeded sourdough crackers. Then on to the preparation of traditional Irish brown bread and the main course. The class is designed to be hand-on or can be structured as a demonstration class, so please request your class structure. All of our recipes are available to participants, along with her tips and tricks. Enjoy your meal and dessert together in her open concept traditionally styled kitchen, or weather permitting, the outside dining area. We can offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals.
