Fareed Haque is a jazz and classical guitarist from Chicago whose unique style of playing has led him to collaborate with prominent musicians like Sting, John Patitucci and Herbie Mann. Releasing his debut solo album, Voices Rising, in 1988, Haque has continued to maintain his solo career in addition to leading the popular jazz fusion group Garaj Mahal since 2001.
