Lou Gramm is a singer/songwriter from Rochester, New York who is probably best known for being the original lead singer of the popular rock band Foreigner. Releasing a number of massively successful albums with Foreigner, beginning with the group's self-titled LP in 1977, Gramm would eventually strike out on his own and release his debut album, Ready or Not, in 1987. Continuing to tour, Gramm performs his solo material as well as his better known songs from his time with Foreigner.
