With your River Cruise ticket, you can get in any boat during the operating hours. Operating hours information will be sent to you with your tickets

You are advised to wear comfortable shoes and take an umbrella in case of rain.

If you choose to book the option « summit entrance » note that there can be some waiting time on the second floor to get into the elevators that will take you there.

You must stay in the Tower until the lunch from first entrance in the morning.

If summit option selected; your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.

People with reduced mobility are not allow to the summit floor

The cruise company's name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75007. Pier Number 3. The departure point is right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. You can use your cruise tickets within a month between the operating hours mentioned on the cruise ticket.
